We are a small tech service company that specializes in all aspects of business I.T. support. We also provide technical support for home computers and networks. We service the Nacogdoches, Lufkin, Center and surrounding areas.

Responsible for telephone-based user support for a company with over 1000 employees. Duties included hardware and software support, printer support, and some network support, setting up and installing DVR and security cameras, including IR and standard cameras. Responsible for hardware repair, setting up new computers and thin clients, and following up with customers to insure that everything is working to their satisfaction. Also responsible for coordinating with area and store managers for building new store and setting up all equipment, ordering equipment for stores and for replacement parts finding new solutions for equipment needs. Limited work with Active Directory and Exchange servers, to include setting up new accounts, passwords, and distribution groups. Also helped to trouble shoot new software that was written in house, included testing for end user.
