• Product management and dev: - Responsible for the planning, design, web development, and operation of SpatialEngage, a web-based virtual consultation platform that leverages Web3D, 360° media, and WebXR to facilitate communication for key infrastructure projects. Widely adopted as the 3D EIA standard in Hong Kong, SpatialEngage has delivered numerous projects generating over USD 500,000 in revenue within the past 3 years..- As a Unity developer for BIM+AR asset management products, I contribute directly to software development, conduct research, and create PoCs to enhance team decisions. I collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical advice to ensure successful project delivery.- Designed and developed numerous AR/VR apps for international and corporate events across APAC, utilizing technologies like object tracking, image tracking, LBS AR, cloud-streaming, motion sensors, and motion capture. My works have been showcased in 10+ events in Hong Kong (19-IWA, 22-CIC), Shanghai (19-ULI Summit), Bangkok (23-Asia Pacific Rail), Kuala Lumpur (19-imagine 2060), Kaohsiung and Taipei (23-SmartCity, 23-IWA, etc).• Digital Adoption: - Provided 10+ software and AR/VR training sessions and workshops, across multiple APAC regions—including Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, and Taipei—facilitating technology adoption to enhance service offerings and deliver greater value to clients.- Integrated emerging technologies into projects (e.g. LLM, ML Computer Vision, NeRF, GSplat) and developed automation workflow for our team, achieving 90% cost reduction in certain modeling processes and 80% cost reduction for vehicle and pedestrian redaction in transportation projects.• Business development and planning.
