Managed a team of 7-10 people in the customer service and bookkeeping department. I was responsible for writing the schedule, selecting and training new hires, and developing current employees in the department. My team was responsible for all customer transactions at store level, which included reconciling information both with HEB corporate and a number of other third party affiliates we are partnered with. Managed all cash in the store, made deposits, and did much of the store accounting. Also, in the business center we processed wire transfers, made money orders, and put through customer's bill payments, while also handling customer complaints/requests, and directing store phone calls.
