  Utilize Tableau, SQL Server, Excel and other tools to create focused, targeted reports, dashboards and other informational tools that can be easily consumed by organizational decision makers. Deliver targeted analyses and report to show sales trends and identify and take action on key customers, growing customer segments, underdeveloped segments and other organizational targets. Work extensively with upper management in creating complex, advanced queries in SQL Server used in annual and monthly sales reports that are used to set strategy and track progress toward attaining organizational KPI goals. Deliver timely, concise, and actionable ad hoc reports that further aid management in its decision making, especially regarding key customers and strategic product classes. Create, update and maintain sales reports used by four sales teams and over thirty account managers which create higher visibility, focus, and drive in achieving and surpassing sales goals. Provide means to utilize data sources that do not interface with each to deliver complete reports and analyses. Develop tables, views and functions in SQL Server that merge current and legacy data used in long term trend analyses and historical reporting. Part of the Misumi Data Governance committee responsible for creating a unified standard of working with and handling data across the organization along with developing and maintaining a business data glossary and its associated definitions. Mentor and develop junior analysts enhancing their overall technical abilities, knowledge of Misumi’s organizational structure, and effectiveness in delivering timely, actionable reporting to key decision makers.
