As a Server/FOH Supervisor at Sullivan's Steakhouse, I delivered exceptional customer service and managed a cross-functional team of servers, hosts, and bartenders. I ensured the smooth operation of the front-of-house, including handling reservations, orders, payments, and complaints. Prior to that, I worked as Head Mash Cook and Bartender at Driftless Glen Distillery, where I gained valuable skills in distillery operations, such as preparing and cooking mash, proofing and bottling liquor, filling and racking barrels, and blending batches. I also represented the brand at tastings and sales events, and served customers with a variety of cocktails and spirits. I have over a decade of experience in the food and beverage industry, and I am passionate about creating and delivering quality products and experiences.
