- Lead the Avionics Team for the Spaceport America Cup Competition in 2021 with the design, testing and integration of an avionics systems- Set up an XBee radio system in order to send GPS and Altitude sensor data to the Ground Station for easy recovery, tracking and data collection -Implemented a Beaglebone Black to automatically process and log altimeter and accelerometer readings in order to fully simulate the flight - Collaborated with the Ground Stations team to construct a full stack which included 3D modeling and a live feed of data collected from the rocket in real time using Python -Modeled the systems of the avionics bay in SolidWorks to allow for simulation of parts and integration- Utilized the Raptor CO2 Ejection System and black powder charges to provide a dual-deployment recovery system including a drogue and a main parachute from the stratologger altitude data-Soldered the avionics system efficiently to allow for the future integration of data collection systems-Rebuilt and simulated the current competition rocket in OpenRocket in order to optimize the avionics bay to allow for the maximum altitude

- Selected for the NASA Proposal Writing and Evaluation Experience (NPWEE); a collaboration program with NASA's Lucy Mission to Jupiter's Trojan Asteroids- Derived a project idea from the 2020 Technology Taxonomy that can be applicable to NASA projects- The MRLCS uses a three-jointed robotic arm with unhindered motion to angle and send out 1500 nm laser pulses encoded with information to allow for fiber-optic cable levels of speed with a massive bandwidth range among satellites in a vacuum - Competed against 40+ teams with unique proposals to a board of NASA proposal evaluators for a $10,000 grant and future funding and support by NASA
