Elaine is Arizona's first transportation system for the homeless and underserved, aimed at addressing access to the Social Determinants of Health. Through partnerships with community stakeholders, and human service/health organizations, Elaine provides consistent access to locations that are vital for physical and mental health- physical and behavioral health clinics, grocery shopping, employment, community centers, housing interviews for the homeless, banking, education... just to name a few. Securing transportation to and from these locations are critical in order for our members maintain quality of life, and for some, to have a second chance at life. These are the locations that are not covered through traditional funding resources. If Elaine does not do this, no one else will.

Elaine is Arizona's first complete health transportation system for the homeless and underserved. My role as Consultant has focused on fund development as well as creating short and long term strategy for navigating our new realities.

Worked alongside regional executive teams to provide financial development leadership through annual giving and major gift contributions.

During my three months in Fiji, I helped facilitate philanthropic and adventure programs for international high school students. Responsibilities included collaborating with local vendors and community leaders to implement sustainable waste disposal and income generation projects, as well as designing education enrichment activities.

Responsible for the acquisition, retention and growth of strategic partnerships with local corporations. When I identified alignment of philanthropic and marketing goals, I developed proposals and secured over $100,000 annually in funding and in kind donations through those partnerships. Over the years I built a portfolio of contacts from over 100 organizations valley wide. I also worked closely with our internal community outreach team to design and implement brand awareness opportunities.

As a part of the Marketing and Development team, my role is to create partnerships with businesses and organizations throughout Maricopa County. These mutually beneficial relationships help provide funding for our agency, as well as events, activities for the Big Brothers Big Sisters community.

My partner and I collaborated with an international company to create an iPhone application that allowed users to send scheduled text, photo and video messages for future delivery. At its peak, Capsule had more than 1,500 users in over 40 countries!

Over a four year period, I helped manage five child care programs throughout the Kyrene School District, where I implemented daily activities and events for children and community, and supervised over 30 staff.

Organized various recreational sporting events at Manitas Elementary School, and supervised children to ensure safety standards were met.

Was responsible for oversight of Kids Club Programs for multiple Kyrene Schools, and acted as a liaison between the Kyrene School District and the community.

In charge of making sure that organized sporting events for ages 18 and up were run properly and efficiently at various locations throughout the valley, as well as communicating expectations and guidelines to event staff.

As the leader of a Summer teen camp program at the YMCA, my responsibilities included planning and organizing events such as sports tournaments, various daily activities, as well as ensure that our daily field trips throughout the valley ran smoothly.
