I am passionate about supporting student growth and facilitating student success by creating collaborative teams of students, parents, teachers, and administrators working together to create individualized systems within the Central Valley School District and Spokane Valley and Liberty Lake communities.The different facets of my job allow me to work with closely with teams focused on individual (and corporate) student success. We are able to collaboratively determine the areas of strength and need that each student has and then work to create a plan that allows the student to refine his or her strengths while addressing his or her needs. As a servant leader, my goal is to work closely with students, parents, support staff, teachers, and administrators, providing them with the tools to achieve success. My goal is to make a positive, permanent difference in people’s lives on a daily basis.
