CLEAR Product Overview: https://legal.thomsonreuters.com/en/products/clear-investigation-software • Generate and explore ideas for new CLEAR features, functionality and enhancements • Draft functional and design product specifications and create wireframes• Participate in and lead cross-functional product development teams • Product support and maintenance of CLEAR product suite • Design, manage and perform quality assurance testing for products and enhancements• Review API documentation and integrate API content into CLEAR• Manage new and existing vendor relationships• Manage and deliver multiple complex projects simultaneously throughout an average development year• Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback • Demo CLEAR products and features to customers, field staff, and other internal personnel• Create market research materials and participate in formal and informal market research sessions• Train and mentor new hires to CLEAR team
