Financial Analyst at Packsize LLC. I have worked here for over 2 years and have done both accounting and finance-related roles in my time here. Over the past 2 years, we grew $200 million in revenue and $30 million in EBITDA. For my accounting-related work, I used Quickbooks Online to manage everything for a 5 million dollar business unit of the company called Packsize Now LLC. I managed AR and set up an automated system to assist in tracking and collecting on delinquent customers. I input all expenses, reconciled accounts at the end of the month, and did all end-of-month entries. I also created and submitted all month-end financial statements for use by our parent company. For my finance-related work, I was assigned various departments and collaborated with them to create a $200 million total OpEx budget and then have monthly meetings to track performance against said budget. The monthly meetings fed into the new forecast we would create every month based on department manager input. I specialized in personnel management and made sure that our personnel forecast (our biggest cost) was synced with our recruiting team and up to date. As part of that work, I also developed personnel drivers for each department that we used to get an idea of our future personnel needs for our 3 and 5-year plans.
