Integrator for key Army Investment Strategies and Modernization Efforts

Served as developer/integrator/reviewer for organization force design for the Headquarters of the United States Space Force. Enabled the stand-up activities of a new military branch of of service and refine the dissemination of roles/functions of the Service Headquarters and the associative Field Commands. Utilized Army Force Management principles to complete the organizational design of the Headquarters Staff and optimized Organizational Change Management Principles to define/establish the the culture of the first new military service in over 70 years,

Served as Army Fellow and DoD liaison to lend military perspectives and previous experiences to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems across various Governmental Agencies. Areas of emphasis include organizational change management, organizational development, and systems engineering.

Planned, Resourced, and Executed the Modernization of the First Cavalry Division (2-Star General Headquarters), thus enabling First Cavalry to be the most impactful/lethal Heavy Armor Division.Responsible for the integration of Organizational Change Management impacts established at higher echelons.

Served as lead Trainer and Commander for employment/deployment principles of Army Counter Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar (C-RAM) capabilities for units designated to deploy to austere environments. Also served as an Instructor and Course Developer for the US Army Air Defense Artillery Schoolhouse with an emphasis on the Army's Short Range Air Defense capabilities.
