I patrolled the Fort Custer Army Training Center, securing the borders of the facility. I also operated the front gate access, positively identifying all personnel entering the base.

As a Medical Assistant, I escorted patients into exam rooms, took vital signs, obtained medical history, list all medicines being taken by the patient, and prep the patient for the Physician's exam. I also assisted the Physician with procedures, gave flu and Hep. B injections. Afterwards I escorted the patients out, cleaned the room for the next patient, filed all paperwork, answered phones and operated the triage phone for emergent calls. I resigned to accept entrance in the Police Academy.
