My role as Operations Manager involves managing the Southern Alberta Environmental Due Diligence and Remediation (EDR) group for Pinchin Ltd. I am responsible for the financial, operational and business development aspects of the group.I have extensive experience conducting and managing multi-phased Environmental Site Assessments supporting transactional due diligence projects, the industrial sector, and regulatory processes, as well as long term groundwater monitoring programs and remediation projects. I have also been involved with multi-disciplinary projects involving our EDR group, as well as Pinchin's Building Science, Geotechnical, and Hazardous Materials groups, providing turnkey solutions for large-scale projects.I am also a Practice Specialist for Pinchin, specializing in Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.I am a Professional Agrologist with the Alberta Institute of Agrologists as well as the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists.If you have a project in mind that I can assist with, please reach out at ejohnson@pinchin.com
