As a sales effectiveness lead I work closey with our independent operations as a consultant of effective sales strategies. Creation of training content and be ready to deliver at all learning levels built from the ground up based on the needs of the market needs. I must have strong facilitation skills and can perform strongly whether large in person trainings or virtual learning. My team works cross department to create contests, incentives and driving strategies to our markets company wide. I perform in field training with coaching and advising sellers. I coach on processes, sales plays, planning and researching accounts.

As a dealer development manager/ Territory sales manager i maintain, service and create buy in for current accounts and new accounts. This is a hybrid position for interstate and I was the first to successfully own this position. I set up new accounts with merchandise and POS. I have knowledge of sales, margins, promotions. I continue to educate dealers and team members with product knowledge and merchandising and increasing margin. I have a vast knowledge of excel, word, outlook, powerpoint and salesforce. I follow up with route driver stops to ensure service needs are met. I am involved with all areas of operations from sales to distribution center activities

My responsibilities in this position include all aspects of fresh operations including training and development, ordering, sanitation guidelines, p+l and financial knowledge and budgeting, hiring and coaching when needed. I have a vast knowledge of all aspects of the fresh foods operation. I also am responsible for cash office , member services, scheduling, and merchandising of product to company standards. I am able to operate forklifts and must be able to train team members to obtain safe standards for members and themselves. I perform monthly audits on food safety, club safety and total club operations.

My position responsibilities include training and development of 2 Markets and 25 stores. I oversee the entire fresh food operations. I help influence educated merchandising and financial decisions. Both markets have increased sales and increased on food safety scores. I have vast financial knowledge and must be able to train all reports to club leadership. I schedule and facilitate training programs to all areas of store operations from an hourly level to store leadership. I am responsible to find training methods to connect with all learning levels and innovate the company. I communicate training suggestions and put them to use during training classes. During classes I cover food safety standards and all company best practices including financial management and team development. I travel every other week to visit stores and follow up with training. I am comfortable with computers and have great knowledge of word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook. In this position I have successfully held several classes and helped develop many associates to further their career .

I was also involved in ordering, inventory, training and planning for holidays. In my time here I was part of a safety team that helped stores exceed in food safety and associate safety.

I was a meat manger with this company for over 8 years.As a meat manager I oversee all area of meat operations. I must be able to cut and train new associates how to cut all varieties of meat and seafood. I was responsible for all sanitation, ordering, inventory, hiring, training and exceeding my financial budgets. Driving sales was a main focus thru my time here. I must be able to use excel, word, email and company systems for reporting and collecting data.
