HI. The past year or so I have had a jones for learning something. Started with Cybersecurity, French for a bit, then went to Data Analysis. Now, I have found Linux. Now, I have found /Home.In the past I have run through A+, networking, security and still touch on hacking, for shear wanting to keep up with updates. Never truly inspired to see myself doing that every day for the rest of my life...Again, I am /Home. Being a single father means, I have little time before bed to practice the demos on my Plurasight courses. I listen to the courses while I work, over and over and over and over again. Til I get to know them and get the chance to lock them into my brain with practice. Looking to bust into the world of Linux System Administration. Fully aware and prepared to wait til after achieving the LPIC-1 Certification. JOB STATUSWhile working hard to study and master the LPIC-1 material (while getting lost playing in linux), I am putting job applications out everyday. If you are aware of a company that is willing to give a guy a chance to show his worth through determination, passion, and shear curiosity, please inform them of me or vice versa. Would be most greatly appreciated.SAY WHAT?I am also interested to hear from people (yes you reading this) in the field, to know what else could help me to master (yes, MASTER) Linux. Is there another topic that would help me progress in my Linux career? Are there any short-cuts (within linux) that you have come across to help make your day to day task easier? Any advice, words of wisdom, even a hello would be amazing. I thank you in advance.FUTURE GOALSOnce I complete the LPIC series (1,2,3) then will start the programming dive. Starting off with python and who knows after that. I feel excited when I am looking at a black screen and cursor.
