● Meet with C-Level Executives, VPs and Directors to build relationships with enterprise customers, gain understanding of customer’s challenges and execute solutions which help the customer to gain revenue, save money and/or mitigate risk.● Strategically partner with clients to help them achieve their IT and business goals by providing customizable services and solutions such as: consulting services, outcome-based services, outsourcing services, IT staffing solutions and IT talent management.● Provide solutions and talent to enterprise customers to support their Application Development, QA Testing, Cyber Security, IT Risk, Cloud & DevOps, Data Center Management, and Technology Operations initiatives.● Understand customer’s business and IT initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments to establish sales strategy and provide talent that aligns best with their organization.● Prospect new customers and perform business development for current and potential accounts via cold calling, networking, and research. ● Accountable for achieving weekly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals pertaining to customer touchpoints, revenue, profit, and customer/market share.● Manage Technical Professionals and contract employees, which includes hiring and termination decisions, rate negotiations of hourly wages and salaries, employee relations, client initiatives and performance feedback.● Provide high-level customer satisfaction, drive business, and develop high performance delivery teams.
