About Eric Kasaba
I have a very diverse well rounded background in Facilities technical engineering leadership. My technical operations experience covers a broad spectrum of facility types and industries. This experience includes all types of building systems such as MEP and Building envelope . Examples are; HVAC, Electrical, Roofing and building automation systems. Throughout my career I've lead Facility Management and Technical Operations teams, including technical staff training and management of PM systems. This work has also included development and management of varied capital improvement projects such as HVAC system upgrades, parking deck repairs or building facades from inception through implementation to close out.Currently working at Bedrock Detroit as Engineering Manager in downtown Detroit.While at CBRE my last position was Senior Program Manager for the CBRE Global Energy and Sustainability group. This required utilization of my diverse facility operations experience for deployment of energy optimization services. These services included energy assessments, project development and implementation, facility benchmarking and direct consultation with clients to develop energy control strategies. I acquired a CEM certification during this time period.
