In July 2010 I became CEO/CFO of Coupon Express Inc. I took the company from 3 deployments to over 135 . More importantly was able to prove proof of concept that consumers would use a coupon kiosk if it provided value and convenience.

Transitioned into CFO of a public company. Had full line responsibilities including SEC Reporting, Shareholders, raising of equity and debt financings.

Worked on several micro-cap assignments including raising primary capital for PSI Corp . I left Basic Investors to serve full time at my former client.
