-Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to Chevron customers. -Forecast and track product inventory based on customer orders and demand-Conduct inventory purchases and transfers between Chevron-based plants-Place and schedule inbound product orders in the SAP system based on inventory forecast-Ensure the timely and successful delivery of monthly inventory reports and invoicing to Chevron-Schedule customer orders and report scheduled times to truck carriers for customer delivery-Administer blend sheets to the plant for tank stock replenishment-Analyze and investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings to management.

-Sell Hertz portfolio of insurance, business, and leisure rentals to customers-Inform customers on benefits of adding collision and liability coverage to rentals-Manage corporate expectations by upselling vehicles to customers when appropriate-Cold call of local businesses and auto repair shops to secure referrals when customers are in need of rental car services-Provide exceptional service to customers in person and over the phone -Book rental reservations in-store and those submitted virtually-Deliver comprehensive report of daily business to leadership-Responsible for daily bank deposits and management of deposit records

-Cascade team goals from upper management to peers inclusive of instruction and leadership expectations-Inform internal stakeholders of product supply and/or shortages and fulfill their merchandise needs-Manage warehouse inventory by utilizing ACT Inventory Management software suite of services-Communicate throughout the organization when projects required collaboration across teams-Uncover and reconcile inventory variances utilizing Microsoft Excel
