I am currently relocating to western colorado and looking for 100% remote work in a position in either project management, account/customer management (non-sales related), or technical application engineering.I am a Mechanical Engineer would loves finding unique solutions to peoples problems. After obtaining my engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines I fell in love with being a solutions provider and helping people solve their every day problems. For the past 6 years, I have helped customers implement automated solutions ranging from sensors to industrial robots. As a pre-sales application engineer, I interact with customers to determine their pains and desires for their processes and then specify and quote their solution. My role is a mix between project management and engineer.For the last 2 years I have been the senior application engineer and robotics specialist. My focus has been on helping customers manage the front end of their robotics automation projects. I help a customer understand, budget, and design turnkey robotic work cells. I help with the front end project management until an order is received. I help customers understand their pains, cost of employment, technical requirements, and return on investment.
