Eric Kelley is the President of Magic City Systems Inc., an IT Technology Consulting company located in Minot, North Dakota specializing in security and compliance including HIPAA Compliance. He has twenty-four years of computer experience, with fifteen years in various Corporate IT departments. Prior to attending college, Eric worked for The Computer Merchant working on HP and Dell servers throughout North Dakota. In 2004, he enrolled into North Dakota State College of Science graduating with an AAS in Computer and Networking and Advanced Server/ Networking Administration & Infrastructure.During college, Eric began his entrepreneurship with Eric’s Computer Repair, an affordable computer repair business for consumers and small businesses. After graduating, he accepted a computer networking support position with Novo1 and traveled throughout the Country working on Networks, Servers, Telephony, and computer management. While at Novo1, he started a Webhosting and Design company GoNDBusinesses.com.In 2007, Eric resigned from Novo1 and moved to Minot to pursue another job offer at a local hospital performing several IT technical roles and expand his business. In 2009 GoNDBusinesses.com purchased Minot web design as well as a hosting company called Magic City Hosting, and combined all three businesses to expand his services. As a result of the merger, Eric created Magic City Systems, which offered computer repair and consulting to residential and small businesses. Magic City Systems now offers business IT consulting for small and medium businesses and has established Minot’s first Managed Service Provider.
