Performing duties as the IA System Architect and Engineer and Cybersecurity Lead. Provide direct leadership to the project's technical and cybersecurity personnel. Advise IBM Project Managers and client on IT solutions, infrastructure, cloud hosting, and cybersecurity activities to include Risk Management Framework. Provide direct leadership to 45+ EMS Team Members and 90+ contractors working at the Client’s Enterprise Management Center (EMC). Supervise the day-to-day operations of the DLS Enterprise Management Center and the DLS Enterprise which consist of 92 locations worldwide. Also act as the project and client’s Lead Technical Engineer and Infrastructure Architect. Within IBM I am also a people manager (Bluepage Manager) directly managing 18 fellow IBM Staff members’s assigned to my project and my sister project the Army Learning Management System (ALMS). Report progress to IBM Management and Client Representatives as required. Build strong relationships and trustworthiness with Client Representatives. Develop and implement process improvements on a continuous basis. Improve operations in support of the goals of the client. Consult the client on the best avenues for them to meet their goals.

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the DLS Enterprise Management Center and the DLS Enterprise which consist of 94 locations worldwide. Also act as the project and client’s Lead Technical Engineer and Infrastructure Architect. Within IBM I am also a people manager (Bluepage Manager) directly managing 13 fellow IBM Staff members’s assigned to the project and several other IBM Projects. U.S. Air Force (USAF), Air Combat Command (ACC), United States of AmericaSenior Network Systems EngineerManaged 11 engineering staff who designed and implemented network solutions for 16 ACC bases with more than 90,000 users. He developed a testing lab, a name resolution solution, and a build and maintenance guide for 96 distributed servers. He led a team that installed the first Combat Information Transport Systems (CITS) Command Level $2.5 million Network Management System /Base Information Protection. He engineered IP space, designed the NOSC Network, and migrated users to the new network. He also designed and engineered an $8.5 million community-of-interest project that created a single network security model for the command’s 16 base-level networks.

Managed 16 network professionals that provided network services to 13 organizations with more than 650 users. He reengineered the network by centralizing and rebuilding more than 20 servers, installing 4 routers, and 10 switches in six months increasing network efficiency 60 percent. He designed and installed a classified network with two servers and eight clients to provide secure communications to group leadership. He developed network training and operational and disaster recovery plans for newly assigned personnel operating the group networks.

Administered 11,000 user unclassified and 2,000 user classified USAF networks. He managed and administered more than 80 servers providing e-mail, file, database, and web based services to base personnel. He spearheaded a $250,000 server consolidation project by establishing the Langley base server farm where all network equipment was centralized. As lead technician for a $400,000 classified network re-engineering project, he installed 30 servers increasing the network’s capacity from 2,000 to 4,000 users. He trained more than 400 workgroup managers who supported the migration of all Langley mail and server users. As Langley Network Learning Center’s primary instructor, he trained more than 100 network professionals.

Administered networks with 2 servers, 140 workstations, and 25 printers. Hedeveloped a Security Police database adopted by USAF for all its Security Police Squadrons.As a volunteer instructor, he instructed more than 80 staff on Microsoft Office Applications
