Manage the budgeting, logistics and execution of studio press junket, festival, and convention participation, as well as publicity and promotional campaigns for 40+ regional markets in the United States.

Reported to the Vice President of Media Integrations and Promotions on a three person team responsible for being the primary intermediaries between the media, digital, publicity, national promotions, and legal teams in the creation of custom, value added content for media partners utilizing film talent and creative assets. Team also responsible for the management of Educational Consultants and Experiential Vendors in the development and execution of various programs for each campaign.• Facilitated dozens of custom shoots and the subsequent production, approval, and rollout of content for titles across Sony’s slate including “The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Fan Experience” for NBCUniversal, “2-on-2” on behalf of “22 Jump Street” for ESPN and the NBA Playoffs, and “Dave Skylark’s Very Special VMA Special” on behalf of “The Interview” for MTV.• Oversaw the creation of educational campaigns for Sony titles including “All Kids Welcome” for “Hotel Transylvania 2” and “Unlock the Adventure” for “Goosebumps.”• Worked with experiential agencies to create and execute national tours including a mobile Smurfs village for “Smurfs 2” and a custom “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs” food truck.• Extended promotional opportunities from various partners to national and regional outlets to simultaneously gain exposure for the film and the brand (Belvedere Vodka and the James Bond franchise, Dave and Busters for the Adam Sandler film “Pixels,” etc.)

Acted as primary support for two regional managers. Oversaw six regional publicity agencies covering over a dozen markets in their execution of company strategy. Helped organize and execute press junkets, press days, and convention participation including all logistics, talent participation, and creative elements for each. Worked as an ambassador for the Publicity team at special events, screenings, junkets, press tours, premieres, and field activations.• Coordinated a national network of over 30 college interns in their execution of publicity-based and promotional initiatives on over 100 college campuses across the country.• Pursued promotional opportunities with major Los Angeles radio, television, print, and digital outlets to generate exposure for up to fifteen films per year.• Acted as the primary studio contact for the creation, testing, and launch of the SonyScreenings.com mobile ticketing platform.

Managed and maintained solid client relationships with major accounts at the agency including Sony Pictures, Fox Searchlight, and The Phoenix Film Festival, and performed as back up on 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros., and The Weinstein Co. Developed, coordinated, and executed local marketing campaigns, press tours, and publicity stunts to support and promote upcoming film releases in Phoenix, Las Vegas, Albuquerque, and Tucson.

Acted as office manager and primary support for four publicists and a director of publicity including all administrative duties.
