About Eric Kepner
I have worked for Kimberly-Clark since graduating from the University of Florida in 1993. Early in my KC career I developed materials for our branded products. I transferred to Berkeley Mills, a nonwovens manufacturing site in Hendersonville, NC. I spent 4 years as a Process Engineer, accountable for operating efficiency, quality, operator training, and new equipment start-ups. It was a fantastic experience and allowed me to begin developing leadership skills at an early age. In 2002 I returned to Kimberly-Clark's Roswell facility, commercializing new process and material innovations. I led a successful installation of an elastics composite machine in Korea in 2006, working with a great team of engineers in the US and in Korea. I joined KC's management team in 2007, in roles focused on front end development, scale-up,, and plant support. I have lead teams accountable for supporting Industrial, Healthcare, and Personal Care businesses through new materials development. I grew one of my leadership positions into a director level role in 2016. I've led teams working as an R&D Director in our Global Nonwoven Sector, with a focus global material innovation and cost transformation for Kimberly-Clark's Personal Care businesses. My current role is focused on resetting the manufacturing footprint of our Nonwovens Sector.
