Coordinated relief efforts to provide housing, food and other essentials for soldiers and civilians who lost their homes in the storms. Successfully planned, coordinated and procured funding to build a new Battalion Headquarters and to reestablish recruiting stations damaged during the storms.

Directed the $1.3 million dollar renovation of the Directorate spaces and was an integral part of an aggressive hiring campaign to fill a 30% gap in civilian vacancies. Earned accolades as Chief of the Korea analysis branch for reporting on maritime events that had direct impacts on Presidential decisions.
