Through management of the Africa Center's website and multiple social media accounts I communicate the Africa Center's research and key messaging themes on African security and governance—providing timely and relevant research, explaining current events, framing and informing conversations. I implement an integrated social media strategy to reach diverse audiences on multiple continents, including policymakers, journalists, academia, as well as humanitarian, accountability, democratic, and other institutions and individuals from the US, Africa, EU and around the world.I'm the guy in the office who knows how to take academic research and boil it down to clear, pithy expressions that explain ongoing events and trends for journalists and policymakers. Our website views and social media presence have exploded under my care.My team also produces the Center's most popular product, the Daily Media Review: This involves scan dozens of online news and analysis sources for pieces relevant to African security issues and compiling and distributing the top items in English and French each morning.Have given internal presentation on Russian disinformation and al-Qaeda and al Shabaab communication strategies.Top Player (14th out of 200+ players), Dark Portal MMOWGLI (Massively Multiplayer Online War Game Leveraging the Internet), a collaborative forum to explore and craft responses to a simulated series of physical and cyber incidents affecting critical US infrastructure and other assets. My contribution included drafting a Government Communications Action Plan in the aftermath of combined simulated kinetic and cyber attacks.

Assisted with improving rental best practices, and with reservation fulfillment by coordinating transport and distribution of a fleet of 700 trucks among dealerships. Second highest revenue among all districts in the country ($12M/yr); several weekly awards for top fleet utilization (98%).

Coordinated education program for middle and high school students. Instructed grades 1–6 in computer science. Gave presentations to adults and teens on religion, philosophy, history, and language. Social and fundraising event planning. Led 35 youth in foreign travel for 10 days to Israel and Palestine, to increase awareness of issues of culture, politics, history, and religion.
