Facilitated multi-day interactive training aimed at bolstering the Zimbabwe Republic Police's capabilities in conducting and supervising thorough investigations with proper conduct to secure successful prosecutions. This included guidance on managing lawful assemblies, the use of force, and adherence to international and African Union laws governing police practices.

Headed the highest investigation arm of the Nigerian Police, including anti-fraud, forensics, homicide, and anti-human trafficking. Supervised state-level criminal investigation departments and thousands of investigations of serious and complex criminal cases at national and regional levels. Liaised with INTERPOL counterparts on cross-border cases.

Directed the Force Intelligence Bureau on crime and national security. Disseminated intelligence to facilitate investigations of organized crime. Oversaw security profiling of senior appointments to the Nigerian government..

Led state police command and local police formations. Introduced programs to proactively reduce crime across the state and improve public trust and engagement. Through successful implementation of innovative approaches, achieved reduction in criminal activity and violent incidents within target communities.

Headed the Monitoring Unit, which served to monitor rights-based policing nationwide. Directly led investigations in response to internal whistleblowing and public complaints. Maintained strict confidentiality and ethical measures for all internal whistleblowing and public systems.

Led a Specialized Anti-Robbery Squad Unit, successfully gathering key intelligence and reducing the crime rate in high-risk areas. Supervised the unit's restructuring to establish accountability mechanisms and training for the code of conduct. Managed successful implementation of human rights practice and rights-based policing.
