SharePoint SME for contract on Wright Patt Air Force Base. My day to day consisted of creating Power Apps and Power Automate flows to assist users with streamlining data collection and display, as well as automating various procedures. Along with site administration, maintenance, access requests, and data moves. Current examples include an IT and Facilities ticketing system, which allowed the team to keep track of work, produce metrics and improve their SLA response times. In/Out Processing app and flows, this greatly assisted the various departments by allowing them to get track employee status and get proper nonfictions during the on boarding and off boarding process. I was also responsible for the archival and consolidation of the organization’s previous SharePoint environment and creating the organization’s new SharePoint environment.

At FTI my roles and responsibility have had to be flexible to adjust to the needs of the company. My primary roles are as a SharePoint administrator, patch and compliance using Kaseya, and as a primary responder for our Helpdesk. For SharePoint administration I am responsible for creating new sites and pages as well as mange permissions across our environment. I have created over 30 Power Apps and over 50 flows in Power Automation. Examples of what I have developed for are the Employee Life Cycle, which tracks our employees from the cradle to the grave, a Helpdesk ticketing system so we would have a tailor-made ticketing solution, and many apps and flows to assist with and streamline process for other departments. The Helpdesk ticketing system has handled over 3.5k tickets in its first year of use. I have been responsible for resolving around a third of the tickets that get entered. For monthly patching I use a product call Kaseya VSA, this allows me to patch and monitor all the endpoint in our environment. With Kaseya I have also created several procedures that can push software as well as grab system information for reports.

I was offered and accepted this position in Dayton office to assist in transitioning the user population from MacAulay-Brown Active Directory and system to Alion systems. During the transition I took on the responsibility of taking care of Active Directory user accounts and new hire email creation, as well as equipment deployments. I have since transitioned to providing help desk and IT support for the local Dayton offices as well as several remote sites. Several things that I assist with are AD account adjustments, equipment and software acquisition/distribution and repair, system imaging/archiving, helpdesk tickets, and legacy server/VMware support as able. I have set up thermal imaging equipment to monitor incoming employees and visitors for health and safety in response to Covid-19

As a USLM I oversaw inventorying and tracking all software assets. To accomplish this I created several PowerShell scripts that pulled the data from the systems and to compared this to a previous dates data to determine if any software had been added or removed from the systems. I worked with the purchasing department to get any additional information that was needed such as price and order dates. I also worked with the various venders to get support for the users when issues arose. In my role as an ITEC I was responsible for tracking all IT assets, and notifying the ECOs of any new equipment, and equipment moves both internal and equipment leaving the account. My Help Desk support included password resets, building systems for different projects, troubleshooting/fixing user issues.

I managed the laptop and Desktop deployments, and inventory based on ISO2000, as well as system repairs. I created several SharePoint lists that were utilized by multiple departments in the corporate office. These included but were not limited to a CMDB (Change Management Database), The NHP (New Hire Procedure) which was used by Recruiting, HR, Facilities, and IT to ensure that new hires had proper access and all action items were taken care of before the new hire started. I performed printer maintenance and repair for the Dayton offices. I provided Phone and remote desktop support for over twenty remote offices. The remote desktop software is LANDesk, LogMeIn and remote desktop. I also handled software installation and troubleshooting. I assisted in supporting the phone system. This includes extension creation/moves, and voicemail setup. I also performed Active Directory password resets.

I go around the Cincinnati Public School district and preform various hardware fixes for PC, Mac, and various printers. I also assist with various network jobs for clients of Cincinnati PC Solutions.
