Being accountable for all aspects of IT for the Malaysia Site, including infrastructure, telecom, applications and services, as well as representing IT on the Malaysia senior leadership team to ensure Site IT needs are met. Constantly build & manage a matrix team of IT personnel, contractors, vendors, and managed services to ensure Malaysia site is in compliance with all applicable Dexcom IT policies & standards. Responsible to support and meet site KPIs by collaborate with Global IT process owners (Infrastructure, PMO, InfoSec, etc.) to implement global IT standards within the site. Also leveraging global Dexcom IT talent available to serve the needs of the site.Responsible and drive design, deployment, and support of Manufacturing Systems to deliver high-volume discrete manufacturing of medical devices at the site per the ISA 95 Model. Nevertheless to continue to build and lead the Site IT/OT Teams to partner with functional / department leaders across Dexcom globally from IT, Operations, Engineering, Automation, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure Manufacturing Systems Solutions meet stakeholder and business requirements. As Site IT lead in a greenfield startup, delivering innovative solution architecture and tools to drive best-in-class manufacturing systems is essential and consistently provide expert guidance on best practice in manufactuing system of recipe management, EBR, interlocks, alarms, and interfaces / integration within all Dexcom solutions. We continue to drive operation excellence to ensure we build the top notch factory in the industry.

Responsible for Warehouse & Logistics Automation by not only mechanically, but with system and process automation by implementing data analytics to leverage existing data to provide decision support / solution entirely from inbound to outbound. This is not limit to company supply chain strategy as well as to support the volume growth in a very near future.

Responsible for IT SSD Engineering and lead the team to fulfill the Business needs from various aspect by providing world class solution from four main pillars: MES, Automation, Integration and Development.

Fully responsible for all factory applications and leading both MES and Automation teams to support SSD manufacturing operation, not limit to L2/L3 support, also act as a single point of contact for service delivery, enhancement and development.

Be the project coordinator and system development for Supply Chain Integration and applied lean concept (Back Office, Operations, Supply Chain) to fulfill business's needs. Successfully accomplish first runner up prize for global lean competition in supply chain category and overall category.

Provided technical support and delivery of quality service to all users' level across multiple countries to ensure smooth IT operations to achieve highest satisfactory results. Be part of Run Team act as service delivery to cover end-to-end IT services being implemented. Also meeting with vendor (CSC) daily to obtain system infrastructure health and status. In the other hand, actively tested out all fail-over and backup solutions to achieve undisrupted operation.

Supporting business planning division of semiconductor manufacturing plant to roll out MES within tight schedule to fulfill production's requirement. It includes vendor management working onsite and actively involve with Japan counterpart for existing system enhancement.Nevertheless, also provide end-to-end support for day-to-day IT operation.

Supporting Production and Engineering Departments for any MES-related system maintenance and enhancement. Involved in back office automation development using Microsoft technologies including Infopath and sharepoint and workflow engine.
