Being accountable for all aspects of IT for the Malaysia Site, including infrastructure, telecom, applications and services, as well as representing IT on the Malaysia senior leadership team to ensure Site IT needs are met. Constantly build & manage a matrix team of IT personnel, contractors, vendors, and managed services to ensure Malaysia site is in compliance with all applicable Dexcom IT policies & standards. Responsible to support and meet site KPIs by collaborate with Global IT process owners (Infrastructure, PMO, InfoSec, etc.) to implement global IT standards within the site. Also leveraging global Dexcom IT talent available to serve the needs of the site.Responsible and drive design, deployment, and support of Manufacturing Systems to deliver high-volume discrete manufacturing of medical devices at the site per the ISA 95 Model. Nevertheless to continue to build and lead the Site IT/OT Teams to partner with functional / department leaders across Dexcom globally from IT, Operations, Engineering, Automation, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure Manufacturing Systems Solutions meet stakeholder and business requirements.
