• Perform GMP maintenance and repairs per SOP on Bosch fill machine, Bosch vial washer, HVAC units, cold rooms, sterilizers, glassware washers, Trane chillers, Parker boilers, cooling towers, soft water systems, RODI.
• Perform daily rounds; operate and control the Building Management System to ensure correct operation of all equipment, valves, sensors, temperatures, and room pressures throughout the manufacturing plant.
• Assist vendors, order parts, and provide support to other mechanics on a daily basis.- Work 12 hour shift schedule to ensure a 24/7 operation

• Perform and manage preventative maintenance scheduling on over 25 accounts and 300 pieces of lab, pharmaceutical, biotech and hospital equipment. Also take responsibility for field service calls within the same.
• Troubleshoot, install and work on electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, plc systems, water systems, steam systems, and a large majority of lab/ research equipment.
• Manage all parts ordering and inventory for the entire San Diego service group.

Greater San Diego Area

• Install, repair, rebuild and service operating room equipment in surgery centers, hospitals, pharmaceutical, and biotech facilities.
• Troubleshoot equipment to identify issues of improper function (i.e. electrical, plumbing, circuit board repair fault, etc…)
• Perform electrical safety testing and preventative maintenance inspections to assure correct operation of equipment (equipment including glassware, tunnel washers, surgical instruments, steam sterilizers, steam.
