With nearly 30 years of experience, I joined Oxbow Industries, a diversified holding company that invests in middle-market businesses, as the COO in January 2024. My mission is to build long-term value for our portfolio companies and their management teams, while aligning with Oxbow's vision and values. I bring a diverse perspective and experience to the team, having worked with clients across various industries and sectors, as well as leading and managing teams in different regions.Before joining Oxbow Industries, I was a Tax Partner and Tax Office Managing Partner at BDO USA, one of the leading accounting and advisory firms in the country. In this role, I was responsible for providing tax and financial accounting services to clients, overseeing the operations and performance of the tax practice, and developing and mentoring professionals. I leveraged my skills to deliver high-quality and timely solutions, as well as to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
