• Produced Step and Repeat (S&R) masters for various Nanoimprint Lithography (NIL) applications (augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), lenses,...).
• Upscaled a Step and Repeat (S&R) process from 200 mm to 300 mm technology for high volume manufacturing.
• Controlled the quality of the set-up processes with appropriate metrology technology following costumer specification and international standards.
• Handled 2+ projects in parallel demonstrating optimization of time management as well as prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Executed 2 different roles within the company thanks to fast learning skills and flexibility.
