About Eric Langer

I am a Nano Engineer, PhD with 7 years of experience in nanotechnology manufacturing, quality control and leading R&D projects. I have a demonstrated history of developing processes for the semiconductor industry and lighting applications under clean room conditions. I have a passion for innovative technology and the positive impact it has on the society and quality of life.My wide experience in different nanomanufacturing techniques (nanoimprint lithography, PVD, spin-coating, ALD, …) allows me to learn, perform new functions and become autonomous in a short amount of time.My creativity skills resulted in the development and adaptation of several (10+) nanomanufacturing processes where client requirements, materials (semiconductors, graphene, …) and final applications (organic electronics, augmented reality, thin films, …) were taken into consideration.My systematic approach towards process development and quality control enables an efficient planification achieving more in less time. This is evidenced by my current position where I am involved in 80%+ of the department’s projects.I am fluent in 3 languages, have resided in 4 countries. My multicultural work experience developed my ability to relate and understand the needs of people and clients of various backgrounds.
