Manage Accounts Receivable of assigned branches, including International, to achieve goals established by Director of Financial Services and Region Financial Service Manager. Direct activities/responsibilities of FS Associates and Analysts; approval of new customer accounts, protect A/R by securing personal or third party guarantees, bond/lien rights, and review of financial information.

Prepare weekly & monthly financial reports, including updating rolling revenues, margins, forecasting models, materials costs and expenditures. Ensure accuracy of reported results.Weekly and monthly review of accounting policies for audit compliance including A/R-A/P, inventory, sales rebate, expense reports, wire transfers & ACH, maintain and monitor the general ledger and trial balance.Maintain fixed asset sub-system & related files. Prepare monthly depreciation entries and post to G/L.Use D&B reports to gather credit information on potential & existing clients/acquisitions to minimize risk and establish credit limits. Use Letters of Credits if necessary on international clients.Responsible for all accounting and financial aspects of new acquisitions.Oversee A/R operations, monitor credit activities & limitations, handled lock-box deposits. Maintaining supporting documents for month-end accounting closing.Overnight travel. Up to 30% domestic and international, NAFTA Region.
