CurrentAs a Site Manager I held a multifaceted role that required a strategic, results-oriented individual who could effectively manage HR duties and maintain metrics and KPI’s. This position is responsible for managing and overseeing the overall operations of the site, with a focus on Human Resources and performance metrics.Duties Included but not limited to: • Oversee and manage all daily operations of the site, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.• Spearhead and administer all human resources functions such as recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, employee relations, and enforcement of company policies and procedures.• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the objectives and culture of the company.• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to HR.• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPI’s) and other operational metrics to measure and improve site performance.• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and achieve company goals.• Prepare and present regular reports on site performance, HR metrics, and other relevant data.• Implement and manage staff training and development programs.• Handle employee grievances, mediating discussions and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
