Lead Expert Labs Project Management team Duties include:Ensuring strategic initiatives are prioritized and delivered successfully.Implementation of the PMO structures across the organization – including hub and spokes.Implementing portfolio management approaches and good practice. Providing center-of-excellence program and project delivery methodologies; processes and tools.Provides enterprise wide best practice approaches in areas such as governance, resourcing, risk management and planning.Providing leadership and guidance to delivery teams across the organizationProvides oversight of key projects ensuring consistency of approach – mentors and coaches as necessary.

Responsible for managing technical and data operations of the State Courts. Projects include Web development and construction and management of a data warehouse.Work with chief judges and other judicial officers and staff to establish goals and expectations for the districts and their operations and provided data to measure performance. As liaison to Court Services team, identify organization problems and recommended procedural and administrative changes.
