Manager, People Analytics
Current• Consults with business partners to identify and document informatics and analytics requirements to determine the viability of data requests and jointly arrive at an acceptable solution and timeline.• Assists in the preparation of business presentations, with data analytics, to senior leaders.• Manages the development of business intelligence and analytics solutions to support business needs, including advanced reporting and analytics.• Anticipates and defines opportunities to apply business intelligence and analytics solutions to business problems for improved outcomes.• Supports vendor partnerships for improved data technology and tools.• Facilitates understanding of data quality issues and potential resolutions to achieve successful outcomes.• Supports the collaboration and communication with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand problems, assess risks and benefits, and present solutions.• Provides comprehensive training and deployment plans for related reporting initiatives.• Partners with internal departments, business units, and senior management to ensure the effective implementation of People Analytics policies.• Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure that Human Resources core services are delivered effectively and efficiently.• Manage departmental goals, job expectations, and performance of team members.• Administer individual and team performance metrics by managing staff and monitoring individual performance and career development.• Assess the capabilities and workload of the People Analytics team to determine the best utilization of resources to meet business needs.
