As of October 15th, 2022, I have been given the opportunity to move from Senior/Lead Developer at M/A/R/C Research, to heading up all internal software development. We are building out an internal development team in order to manifest our vision for continued technological advancement to position M/A/R/C Research as a leader in automated DIY research solutions through our Accelerated Platform, as well as to more efficiently execute workflow for our Curated projects.

Agile development, designing and developing two web platforms and more in the works, in order to streamline and automate our processes and workflow.

Eric works as a programmer and data analyst at M/A/R/C Research. He primarily works with Confirmit for programming online surveys, with SPSS for programming telephone studies, and with Quantum for data tabulations. Eric specializes in using advanced dynamic HTML techniques including JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, ASP.NET, and Flash to enhance the capabilities of M/A/R/C's online surveys beyond Confirmit's built-in features, and he has created and helped create a variety of modules and functionality that are used by the other Data Analysts including software applications using Java and other object-oriented programming languages/techniques.

Eric was responsible for modifying the HR department's database, and analyzing and modifying various systems, over the course of high school and college summers.

Eric independently owned a local painting business, which he built from the ground up, under the College Works umbrella and mentorship. Eric was responsible for generating leads, turned leads into clients, and then hiring and operating two painting crews simultaneously while continuing to build more business.
