CurrentFor 30 years, Eric has been counseling individuals and companies on virtually all aspects of their business operations. He has an exceptionally broad range of experience, including advising on and litigating (among many other things) public and private contracting matters, employment law, immigration, environmental law, licensing and infringement of intellectual property, corporate law, and litigation, arbitration, mediation and appeals in business disputes large and small. After starting out in 1990 as a small-town lawyer in Maine, Eric moved to New York in 1998 to join Fox Horan & Camerini, where his fluency in Spanish, French, and English was put to good use. In 2010 Eric left the firm to pursue a business venture, after which he ran his own practice for several years, representing European and Latin American clients as well as companies and individuals conducting business in New York. Eric rejoined Fox Horan & Camerini as counsel in November 2020. Eric received his B.A. (cum laude) in Spanish literature from the University of California at Santa Cruz in 1984, graduated in 1989 from the University of Maine School of Law, where he was Executive Editor of the Law Review, and he received an advanced law degree (Master of Laws) in International Business Transactions from the London School of Economics in 1993. He has been admitted to the practice of law in New York since 1994.
