I’ve been a technology enthusiast since a young age. This enthusiasm led me to get a B.S. degree in electrical engineering. As I kicked off my career as an application engineer, I quickly learned my passion lies in explaining and teaching how technology works. It’s this combination between technology and learning & development where I found my true passion. I enjoy mentoring, training, and leading others. It is extremely gratifying to see others succeed and excel knowing I've played a pivotal role in their training. I’m able to turn technical concepts into something that’s easy to comprehend. I’m a people-person who enjoys working in a team environment and love bringing people with diverse backgrounds together to tackle challenges. My professional experience comes from working synergistically with cross-functional teams to provide support to both internal and external clients through training initiatives by applying adult learning theory.
