Coordinate and execute the implementation and on-boarding process for all new clients after the point of sale, including the installation of start-up (new) retirement plans and the transfer of existing retirement plans to new investment companies.Coordinate the implementation and transition of current clients when changing investment companies for their retirement plan.Partner with implementation managers from investment companies such as American Funds, Principal Financial Group, John Hancock, Voya and others to provide and establish retirement plan design provisions in their respective systems and guide clients and their financial advisor throughout the conversion process.Provide investment companies with the necessary data to execute plan design changes when amendments are made to clients retirement plan adoption agreement.Assist clients in understanding features of their retirement plan and provide explanation of applicable Department of Labor and IRS regulations.Assist in the maintenance of our internal database of current client and financial advisor contacts.

Communicated with Plan Sponsors, Plan Participants & Investment Companies specific plan design features regarding the availability of plan distributions and loans.Completed and processed Investment Company paperwork related to participant distributions and loans.Calculated loan amounts available for retirement plan participants. When eligible, calculated refinance options for retirement plan participants.Produced amortization schedules, promissory notes and other applicable loan paperwork for retirement plan participants.
