Coordinate with third-party sales representatives in US, serving as primary liaison with external sales forces. Direct and manage distributor relationships, setting performance goals, sales targets, and training team to ensure peak performance. Engage in key account management involving pre- and post-sales activities, especially with customers facing technical challenges or complex sales scenarios. As part of management team, contribute to strategic decisions, guiding company’s direction in new product development, production goals, and sales trend analysis to inform production forecasting.
