DFR improvement, get fail report from EAG and work with supplier to find out the real defects and find the solution to improve the products

Responsibility: Worked with CH sourcing guys from the States to visit and choose Chinese suppliers; worked together with engineers of CH US office to develop products produced in Chinese manufactures; Checked the returned failed products with suppliers and made the proper product improvements. Worked with Shanghai office manager to development China marketing about the painting, air compressor and so on. Work experience:1. Air compressor for US, Canada and Japanese marketsTook part in the all HL serials of air compressor routine and promotion projects, sourcing the new supplier Huasheng and Hongyou, being the biggest air compressor supplier in our company. 2. Air nailer for US and Canada marketsTraveled with American colleagues to visit nailer manufactures in China and at the beginning work with Chongqing Hybest, spent half year to help them meet our requirement. Took part in the developing of air nailer projects with the 3 manufactures and got all pass the certification.3. Painting and air tools for China marketing.Set up the China marketing using CH brand for Painting and some air tools with Shanghai office manager. Traveled many cities for reaching the information and visit suppliers to discuss about sale in China.
