CurrentAs HR Operations Lead 3M Netherlands, I’m the binding factor between the several functions on 3M NL sites, to Central Europe Region -CER & EMEA leadership, and to our Centres of Excellence (COE’s). Acting as liaison and confidant for local NL employees and Country Leader 3M Nederland. Maintain all relevant internal and external contacts and ensures on the spot HR Service and Delivery in regular business issues/demands and several internal and country wide projects. Responsible for payroll processes. Guides and supports the CER leadership team and Human Resources Management as a HR Ops Lead on local level to make effective people decisions in areas such as Organizational Effectiveness & Talent, Training & Development, Total Rewards & Compensation, Performance Management. All this, while securing compliance to Dutch legislation and local agreements. Ensures all HR activity supports the business strategy and priorities are focused on the business-critical issues and data integrity in HR tools and systems. I’m responsible for generating reliable statistics to all stakeholders. Takes ownership for implementing HR initiatives to ensure delivery through the management and global team. Responsible for Works Council consultations and negotiations.
