Experience on and proven skills on HR project management with the ability to drive activities to a conclusion. Technical HR knowledge across a broad generalist scope including Dutch legislation, training and development, performance management and the ability to build strong relationships in a complex environment. Executed restructuring projects. Knowledge of payroll processes (ADP, NGA). Good understanding of an HR BP role – including strong influencing, partnership, networking, coaching and facilitation skills. Shows a positive and proactive approach with a drive for continuous improvement. Have a sound judgment and good problem solving abilities to deal with complex and delicate situations.
