So far I have 15 years work experience. My career has been divided into five major stages.1. The 1st stage was five years as senior design engineer at CSR TMT. I knew the design and test bogie suspension rubber to metal part and I knew what was the design key points. I worked with international customers such as Bombardier，ALSTOM, so I can write and speak English smoothly. 2. The 2nd stage was three years as procurement director at CSR TMT for three years. I had a three people team. I knew cost of casting process, forge process, stamping process and cold drawn seamless tube process. I was responsible for supplier development, annual reduction purchase cost by VA/VE. I learned negotiation skill and masterly used it for daily work.3. The 3rd stage was five years as head of project management office at Boge zhuzhou. I knew automobile industrial project process deeply. I knew how to identify risk and control it. I knew how to control cost and timing. Especially I was proficient in project planning.I worked with DAIMLER bus and truck, so I knew VDA 6. 3 and 6. 5, meanwhile I improved my English skill as well. For example I can organize a telephone meeting and also communicate with customer face to face. 4. The 4th stage was two years as head of overseas sales dept. at Boge zhuzhou. We are responsible for acquisition project from international OEMs. we show our concept, cost and negotiate with customer. 5. The 5th stage is from end of 2020 to today as product line manager at Boge Zhuzhou. I operate the torque rod line with my team. I know product cost structure. My annual goal is sales number.
