1) Deal sourcing and screening. Main activities include but are not limited to the following:i. Sourcing for investment deals within the company’s investment threshold.ii. Carrying out due diligence assignments on potential investees covering all aspects including market, financial, legal and management due diligence.iii. Investment negotiation and structuring.iv. Project appraisal and credit risk analysis.v. Preparation of Investment Reports, Prospectuses, Information Memorandum, investment teasers and opinions as requested.vi. Making presentations to the Credit or Investment Committees on proposed investments.2) Analysis and interpretation of financial information. Main activities include but are not limited to the following:i. Preparation, development and interpretation of financial models.ii. Constructing, reviewing and interpreting business and project valuation and financial models.3) Client relationship management and performance monitoring. Main activities include but are not limited to the following:i. Maintaining good relationships with clients/investees.ii. Conducting regular site visits to see actual status of client business.iii. Regular monitoring of client repayment in conjunction with the Accounts Department.iv. Preparing regular client monitoring reports for deals signed on.v. Liaising with the legal, risk and recoveries officers with regard to delinquent accounts.4) Business Research. Main activities include but are not limited to the following:i. Tracking and analyzing market conditions, including social and economic data, to advise the company on investment opportunities and strategic options.ii. Undertaking project financial feasibility studies and implementing findings and recommendations.

• Prepare monthly management reports.• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.• Identifying organizational op erating and financial risks and coming up with ways to mitigate them.• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy, completeness & validity.• Preparation of monthly financial statements for presentation to the board of directors.• Ensure unit trust client accounts are accurate and any unit creation and redemption follows the laid down procedures.• Co-ordinate timely audit procedures and liaise with external auditors for statutory annual audit.• Liaise with our administrator to identify the best combination of equity to build a unit for our clients to invest and get good returns.• Source for the best investment for the unit holders that will give good returns.• Ensure compliance on statutory and regulatory requirements.• Participating and contributing in the unit trust investment committee meetings.• Preparing monthly fund newsletters and investment reports within agreed time frame• Continually reviewing portfolio holdings for opportunities to add value.• Part of a team that is responsible of managing a portfolio in excess of 1 billion by market value.• Prepare Monthly portfolio valuation reports for individual and corporate clients.
