I currently work for the Colorado Energy Office where I do program management and statewide coalition building of local governments to support local sustainability work, help local governments with project management and accessing funding for budget neutral projects, as well as statewide outreach and engagement. I have over over 14 years of Energy Regulatory Affairs, Policy, Data and Reporting, Operations and Budgeting, and Program Management experience across Federal and State Agencies within the energy industry. Also a lot of experience in outreach, engagement, collaborative project management, coalition building, and working to achieve collective goals!I graduated with an M.P.P. from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy, where I specialized in Energy Technology & Policy, which included the study of the nexus of energy issues in the fields Public Policy, Law, Economics, Engineering, and Environmental Science and Technology. Policy And Data Analyst

Energy Policy Analyst
I worked on various projects for the Administrator of the Policy, Planning and Technical Analysis division. Among these, I was largely responsible for Transportation policy and advancing the goals in the Governor's 10-Year Energy Plan related to alternative fuel use in large vehicle fleets. I gathered data about public- and private-sector fleet fuel usage, conducted analysis of this data and made policy recommendations to help enhance the transition to alternative fuels in the state. I also participated in several inter-departmental and external work-groups (such as with the PCC), helped with outreach coordination, and performed analytical work and research on various other energy technology areas. Examples include organizing a conference on energy storage development in the region, providing research and analysis for a market analysis on biofuels in the state, analyzing regulations and contracts in the area of marine power transmission, or writing legislative requests for information on things such as natural gas market structures. I also did a lot of side projects for the agency: I performed technical analysis on energy projects proposed for tax credits, I was the lead GIS analyst for my division, and I did a lot of customer service/outreach for program services. I also represented the agency at many external events in order to develop stakeholder relationships.
