Handled the day to day inventory, ordering of materials needed for the Fios TV build in Massachusetts. Controlled the ordering of materials needed for multiple locations across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Used SAP R3 production to monitor inventory levels, track disbursement of products, and watch patterns. Processed incorrect materials, damages, and other issues in a timely and efficient manner. Provided supervisor and customers weekly and monthly excel files to monitor progress and track sudden increases. Monitored cable levels by making frequent trips to the garages and meeting with all of the construction managers. Tracked receipts and disbursals of products thru excel spreadsheets to avoid overage materials. Conducted PowerPoint presentations to customers, keeping them informed/updated of their progress.
