About Eric Major
I have 15 years of high level athletic field maintenance, most of which is for professional baseball teams and prestigious golf courses. I am very laid back in my day to day. However, I take pride in my work and strive to be great on a daily basis. Working at Fenway Park will always be a highlight; mowing the field, hand painting the foul lines, and repairing the game mound for Opening Day 2016. While I am masterful with attention to detail on the field, my skills translate off the field as well. I have the ability to do most things, and I am extremely coachable. I have hosted a Banana Ball event. I helped win a Field of the Year award through KAFMO (Episcopal). I helped Militia Hill go from an unranked classic course to a top 25 ranking. I am currently working on getting my hometown baseball team back to an affiliation with an MLB franchise. I lead by example and speak through my actions and hard work.
