My work life started with a 27-year career in paper manufacturing. With this type of longevity in a company, one picks up valuable transferable skills like safety training, heavy equipment operation, critical thinking, and problem-solving. The job required shift work, long hours, and mental alertness. In addition to the on-the-job skills, OSHA Training, ISO manufacturing standards, and Lean Six Sigma were all part of my workforce experience.My spare time was spent as a soccer coach. Over the course of 15 years, I coached started with youth soccer and worked my way up to the high school head coach. I had the honor of coaching my son in soccer and eventually all of his friends. These young athletes taught me patience and perseverance. In 2014, my wife and I decided to leave our careers, sell our home, take to the open road and enjoy life. Life is good. We exceeded our expectations with 30,000 miles of driving, 35 National Parks, and countless attractions this nation offers. And we are just getting started! Over the course of the last decade, I've had the pleasure of many new experiences and new industries. While living in Colorado, I worked as a cannabis trimmer at three large commercial cultivations, and as a groundskeeper at the Colorado National Golf Club. Both experiences made me appreciate the beauty of the state and the countless bounties the land has to offer.In 2019, my wife and I settled in Cuba, Missouri to explore life in the midwest. I am currently employed at Robust / Cuban Cannabis Cultivation. Here, I lead the Propagation Team in which we clone and replenish the cultivation with high-quality plants. I manage the "mother's room' and clone transitions into vegetation. I love what I do and do what I love. Life doesn't get much better than that.
