Account Manager
Current- Prompt discussions with partners to build relations and discover and understand their needs in hopes to provide a sustainable solution for them as their designated provider.
- Provide partners the necessary information to select a satisfactory solution for their customer in a timely manner.
- Forecast and maintained inventory levels with partners that require hardware to be readily available.
- Manage roll-outs for partners with product forecasts and stock on hand.
- Mediate between customer and manufacturer on special pricing for large deals.
- Process purchase orders (POs), return material authorizations (RMAs), and credit-rebills to maintain ease of business.
